Dr. Töth Basepulver 500g

The Base Mineral Mixture by Dr. Töth contains mineral components and trace elements that support the body’s functions and performance. It also contributes to the harmonization of the acid-base balance. Calcium, potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function. Zinc is also essential for the regulation of the acid / base balance. Recommended use: Twice a day, dissolve one slightly heaped teaspoon (5g) in ⅛ liter of warm water. Wait for it to be completely dissolved. Then fill a total of at least 1/4 liter with cold water, tea (cold or hot) or juice. Take in the morning, if possible take on an empty stomach. Alternatively, take at night just before bedtime.
